As an Account Executive at Together.ly, you will play a vital role in our mission to revolutionize care with technology. Your primary focus will be on converting leads into loyal paying customers, directly contributing to our growth and impact in the charity sector. Your responsibilities:

  • Managing and nurturing leads passed from the SDR team, ensuring high attendance rates for scheduled demo appointments.
  • Qualifying leads through research and questions, uncovering needs and assessing their suitability and readiness for Together.ly
  • Delivering compelling, tailored product demonstrations that showcase how Together.ly addresses each lead’s unique requirements.
  • Identifying key stakeholders and securing next steps in the sales process.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
  • Relentlessly following up opportunities and nurturing until a clear outcome is achieved.
  • Navigating pricing discussions and negotiating terms effectively to close deals.
  • Facilitating the transition of new customers to the Customer Success team.

Our ideal candidate has:

  • Exceptional motivation and drive, with a proven ability to maintain high performance and productivity in a remote work environment.
  • Strong resilience and persistence, demonstrating the tenacity to follow up consistently with leads and overcome obstacles in the sales process.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to remotely engage effectively with leads and stakeholders.
  • Solid sales acumen, including lead qualification, needs assessment, and closing techniques.
  • Adaptability and problem-solving skills to identify client pain points and articulate how Together.ly can address their challenges.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and digital tools for remote work, with strong attention to detail in maintaining accurate records.

And these things would be great:

  • Proven track record of successful remote sales, demonstrating the ability to build relationships and close deals in a virtual environment.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
  • A deep understanding of the charity sector, including its unique challenges, funding structures, and operational dynamics. 
  • Experience in selling SaaS (Software as a Service) products, particularly to non-profit or charitable organisations.

The Package

  • A competitive starting base salary of up to £30,000 depending on experience.
  • Uncapped commission with a realistic opportunity for £50,000 OTE.
