Go to the Groups tab in the top navigation bar.

Click New group, then select Video Group from the dropdown menu.

Fill in the session details and choose the options you’d like to apply to this call.

Once the session information has been inputted, go to the facilitators section and click Add a facilitator.

Select from the list of contacts with the facilitator role and add them to the session by clicking Add.

Select how the facilitator will join the call, and click Add Facilitator.

Repeat this step for all required facilitators.

Go to the service users section, and click Add a service user.

Select the service user’s from the list that you’d like to invite as guests to the call by clicking the Add button next to their name.

Select how the service user will join the call, and click Add Service User.

Repeat the process for each service user that you’d like to invite.

Once all details are filled in, click Create session to schedule the call.

Guests joining with video will receive email invitations 15 minutes before the session starts.
