Creating a telephone befriending match

Make sure you’ve added the befriender and service user as contacts in Togetherly.

1. Click on the Befriending tab on the top navigation bar.

    

2. Click on the New Match drop down and select Telephone match.

    

3. Click Add caller and find the befriender from the list.

    

4. Click Add recipient and select the service user from the list.

    

5. Choose if you want to record sessions.

    

6. Pay attention to befriending instructions, especially which number to share.

    

7. Once completed, click Create match. You’ll be directed to the befriending page and the match will now be able to connect.
