Unmatching a befriending match

Navigate to the Befriending tab on the top navigation bar.

Find the befriending pair that you want to edit and click View calls.

Select the Unmatch button.

You will be presented with a confirmation pop up. If you want the befriending pair to remain matched, click Close, or to complete the unmatching process, click Unmatch.

Once unmatched, the befriender and service user will no longer be able to make contact through Togetherly.
